Another new discovery from Provence. Chateau Routas is a beautiful vineyard in the heart of Provence, quite high so the cool nights keep the wine fresh. It is gentle salmon pink colour and tatses of freshly cut watermelon, ripe peach aromas and floral notes lead to a palate alive with wild strawber-ries and hints of mineral notes. Crisp acidity and a refreshing finish. I think this is very good. (12.5%)
