Aix has long been one of my favourite Provencal Rose’s due to its pure, pale salmon pink colour, delicate flavours of roses, strawberries and melon and refreshing creamy finish. Nestled in the rolling Provence hills, North-East of Aix-en-Provence, Maison Saint AIX is one of the largest domains in the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence (13% ABV)
