Candover Brook Brut NV
Based on the incredible 2019 harvest and all from Candover Brook's single vineyard in the heart of their regenerative farm estate in Hampshire. Nothing is rushed here; the wine develops in the bottle for over 3.5 years at least. It is 40% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 21% Pinot Meunier. On the nose, floral notes complement nutty and toasty overtones. Bubbles are generous without being overwhelming. The palate starts with hints of floral citrus, followed by creamy vanilla and orchard fruits and ending with a long, streamlined and mineral finish.
