This is a Trocken (dry) Riesling, from Mosel in Germany. The Prum family have been synonymous with quality wine production in Mosel since the 12th Century. The Solitar is a great introduction to dry German Riesling and is very enjoyable. It is aromatic with green apple, a hint of sherbert and fine stone fruits. Wonderful harmony of fruit and acidity.
