Crémant de Loire Rosé, Langlois-Chateau NV £18.99 (12.5%) Langlois Chateau is Bollinger’s Loire Estate. I really like this Cabernet Franc based crémant. It ages on its lees for 18 months before disgorgment so has plenty of interesting layers. It’s a beautiful pale colour, and full of summer fruits. The wine displays a fresh, fruity, and full-bodied palate bursting with raspberry and blackcurrant. Very refreshing 12.5%
