100% Cabernet Franc from the heart of the Loire Valley. The two brothers, Nicolas and Sylvain, who run Domaine Grosbois are passionate about organic viticulture, and have previously worked in Chile, Oregon and New Zealand as flying winemakers, and have so learnt a lot on their travels. No oak is used, they prefer concrete vats instead to produce fresher wines. This is very good, light and fresh. (O)
