Le Soula is a winery incepted in 2001 on defunct Vermouth vineyards at the foot of the Pyrenees as it was belived they had the potential to produce wines of high quality. It is cool climate area and at 650 metres above sea level are some of the highest in France, it has been organic since the start. It is a blend of Carignan, Syrah and Genache Noir. It has such lovely pure fruit, and could be mistaken for a grand Burgundian wine, very impressive and hard to believe the price for the quality (ABV 13%  O)
