From the slopes of Simonsberg Mountain near Stellenbosch, Delheim is a family-owned 375-hectare winery. The majority of this is Syrah, which brings a bright ruby colour and juicy red plums, blackberries, warm spice and peppery notes when you taste it, finishing with a velvety medium-bodied structure.
