André Dezat bought 4.5 hectares of particularly well-sited Domaine Thibault in Pouilly Fume. He has made it into finest of Pouilly Fumés estates producing the finest of Pouilly Fumes.  It is now run by his daughter and her husband, in a very traditional way producing finest of Pouilly Fumes, a lovely wine all year round (ABV - 13.5%)
