The Grand Ardèche comes from the best vineyards, carefully selected every year when harvesting begins. The grapes are pressed placed immediately in oak barrels made by the cooperage at Latour, where the wine ages for approximately 10 months, like the great wines of Burgundy.
This is richer than the Ardeche, with flavours of honey, acacia and almond, ripe apples and citrus draws a fine acidity. If you like ‘Buttery Chardonnay’ this is for you.(13%)
