This is a very interesting champagne, its Blancs de Noir, so it only uses the black grapes, Pinot Meunier 85% & Pinot Noir 15%. 60% wine from 2017 with 40% reserve wines from 2014-2016. The result is a creamy, full bodied moreish champagne, juicy pear and apricot on the nose underpinned by more mature aromas of hazelnut and fresh bread (12.5%)
